Application:

The disc sorting machine is divided into two types: forward bow and reverse bow. It is mainly suitable for collecting the bagged food from the finished product conveyor, rotating, sorting and temporarily stacking it, waiting for further packaging processing operations. It can be used in connection with the finished product conveyor and packaging machine.

Features:

1. The machine disc is formed by 304 stainless steel forging die, with stable structure, beautiful outer surface, durable, safe and hygienic.
2. The machine is equipped with a simple frequency converter for speed regulation, which has the advantages of low motor heating, low power consumption and stable operation.
3. The disc sorting machine can adjust the running speed at any time according to the speed of the packaging machine, without wasting resources.

1. The diameter of the disc body, the depth of the disc body and the height of the machine can be customized according to the size required by the customer. Can also be customized according to customer drawings.
